Agricultural and Forestal Districts – Review Request for Parcel Withdrawal – Gold Mine Creek Agricultural and Forestal District Proposed amendments to Chapter 86 Land Development Regulations, Section 86-501 Districts Described to amend the Gold Mine Creek Agricultural and Forestal District by removing a maximum of ten (10) acres of Tax Map Parcel 15-28 (William Carson Coleman), at the owner’s request, in order to complete a division of the subject property for the owner’s son. The property is located on the west side of Route 687 (Daniel Road), north of Route 613 (Mansfield Road). The 2040 Comprehensive Plan designates this area of Louisa County as Rural, south of the Lake Anna Growth Area, Designation of Low Density Residential. Agricultural and Forestal Districts – Removal the Inez Agricultural and Forestal District Proposed amendment to Chapter 86 Land Development Regulations, Section 86-501 Districts Described to remove the Inez Agricultural and Forestal District due to insufficient acreage remaining to meet the core requirements after request of a district property owner to be removed from the Inez AFD at the September 6, 2024, renewal date. The Planning Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation on the proposed amendment.
